Services & Amenities

At Overlook Foundation, Inc., our amenities include a pool, tennis courts, and 4 tot lots.  Rules and regulations related to these amenities can be found in the Documents section of the website.

The  pool  season  begins  Saturday,  May  26,  2018  and  ends  Monday,  September  3,  2018.    The  Board  of Directors  may  extend  the  pool  season  for  the  two  additional  weekends  following  Labor  Day,  weather permitting.  The 2018 pool hours are as follows:

Monday – Friday: 11:00am - 9:00pm daily (weather permitting) 
Saturday, Sunday and Holidays: 10:00am- 8:00pm (weather permitting)

If you are the property owner and live in your Overlook home you only need to submit the Pool Pass Application form. If  you  are  the  property  owner,  but  reside  elsewhere  and have  a  tenant  in  your  Overlook  home,  we anticipate that you would want your tenant to be able to use the pool.  To make that happen you must fill out the Letter of Permission form and provide it to your tenant for submission by the tenant with the Pool Pass Application form.If you are a renter of an Overlook home you need to submit the Pool Pass Application form, the Letter of Permission  form  (filled  out  by  your  landlord  or  the  Property  Management  firm)  and  a  copy  of  your current lease agreement.For a resident, a resident’s family members or any guests to use the pool, the property account must be in good standing, meaning that all assessments are paid in full and there are no outstanding violations of the Overlook covenants.   Each household will receive one pass that will allow up to 5 persons to visit.  If your family numbers more than five persons, we will provide a second pass upon approval of the HOA President.

The Overlook Clubhouse located on Birds View Lane is open to all residents to reserve for your personal event. If you are interested in reserving the clubhouse for your event please fill out the Clubhouse Rental Agreement. Important things to know when renting the clubhouse:
  • The rental fee is a flat fee of $150 and a security deposit of $150
  • Your date is reserved ONLY when a check for the cost of the rental is received
  • It is the renter’s duty to clean up after the event
  • The time reserved for the event should include setup and clean up before and after the event
  • There are 14 parking spaces located at the clubhouse, additional parking can be utilized along Timber Forest Drive
  • Rentals may only be reserved within 5 days of the event, this allows processing time

Trash removal is provided by the HOA. MONDAY and THURSDAY are trash and pickup days, and recycling is picked up on Monday. Please contact American Disposal at 703-368-0500 if you have questions regarding you cans or to schedule a bulk pick up.
